- We have two-night min stay, three-night min on long weekends and a seven-day min in peak season.

- Weekend bookings must include both Friday and Saturday night.

Check-in time is 3 PM and check-out time is 10.00 AM.

Mandala sleeps a maximum of 12 adults. We can sleep an additional two children on fold-away beds at an extra cost, so a total of 14 guests. Children must be under the age of 12yrs.

*Infants under the age of 2yrs are welcome and not included in the guest count.

There are six bedrooms at Mandala, including 5 x king beds and 1 queen wallbed. Two of our king beds can split into singles, which is perfect for friends sharing a room or children.

Yes — Mandala Beach House has a heated saltwater pool that you can enjoy year-round. The pool is warm, comfortable and perfect for family holidays in Jervis Bay, no matter the season.

Foodies will love the delicious fresh produce, cafes, restaurants and wineries within a short drive of Mandala. We can also help you organise a private chef, grazing platter or catering during your stay.

- The deposit is fully refundable if written notice of cancellation is received by the Owner more than 30 days prior to the arrival date.

- Where notification of a cancellation is received less than 30 days in advance of the arrival date, no refund will be given, and the full tariff will be forfeited.

- If we are able to rebook any of the nights subject to the cancelled booking, a refund will be given for these nights.

We ask guests to treat Mandala as their own, but we do have a few rules to keep in mind.

No Parties - Under no circumstances are parties, functions, or loud gatherings permitted at Sundara. This includes hen, bucks and Schoolies celebrations.

Quiet Hours – Quiet hours are from 10 PM to 8am to maintain a relaxing environment for our neighbours.

No Smoking – We ask guests to observe the ‘No Smoking Inside’ requirement for the duration of their stay.
